Ar. Pragya Sanghavi
As head of research, with value engineering across verticals as her specialisation, Ar. Pragya Sanghavi helps shape both present and future projects at Pentaspace. While resource allocation and optimisation comes naturally to her, she further directs business development and PR at the firm.
Ar. Pragya Sanghavi completed her architecture from I.E.S, Mumbai, Construction Management from NICMAR, Pune and Real Estate Project Finance from ICFAI. These multiple qualifications widen her aptitude to include construction, engineering and PMC aspects of the business
Ar. Bhakti Pote
Trained under her father Ar. Arvind Shah, Ar. Bhakti Pote heads the interior design team with a refined command over material selection, cost analysis and interior aesthetics across space, scale and volume. Her inherent sensibilities to space and its correlation to function give her an intuitive edge with the visualisation and optimisation of both interiors and architectural environment.
Ar. Bhakti Pote is an architecture graduate from the Academy of Architecture and holds a degree in Business Management from Xavier’s, Mumbai.
