The client’s brief was to design a state of the art facility with modular office spaces.

Ground and first floor were designed to be a single user high-end retail space. A double height lobby created a sense of openness at the entrance of the building.

Due to the site restrictions there wasn’t sufficient open spaces to provide various amenities in a commercial building. Thus to create these breakout spaces we have used the dead or vacant spaces in the building. Golf putty was planned on the terrace along with a cafe above the lift machine room as an interactive and networking space for the occupants of the building.
